The In-person Alchemists INside

The Alchemists INside Forum is an in-company version of our successful Alchemists Forum help you, as Business Owners and CEO’s, harness the collective capabilities of your in-house leadership teams. Created to transform and unlock greater team decision making, thinking and performance in your business

These groups meet together in a full service hotel or member’s office for face to face meetings.


 

The Alchemists INside forum harnesses the collective capabilities of in-house leadership teams to achieve greater performance and build enduring companies through enlightened decision making and inspired thinking. 

Do you have an internal leadership sounding board? 

 

These groups enable you to develop your own trusted internal leadership board. Composed of respected individuals within your company, these individuals work together with our Chair to develop together through asking questions, drawing analogies, make dispassionate observations, give focused feedback and help attain self knowledge which ultimately leads to inspiring greater thinking and performance.

In person teams schedule
These groups meet in a full-service hotel or member’s office for face-to-face meetings and include:

  • Half day off-site team only meetings                                        

  • Monthly team only check-ins

  • 1-2-1 Executive Performance Coaching

Your Business Community Groups

 

Your private business group is formed with those who are on the same level of leadership journey, from non-competing industries. Your fellow members will become your personal board of advisors and provide an encouraging and challenging space where you can improve yourself, your decision making and performance.

The community groups offer secure environments to belong to, and take active time out to be with others who know how it feels to walk or have walked in your shoes. Your groups include leaders from a variety of business types and sizes and bring a wealth of experience and knowledge that will support you as you move forward.

 

You will learn through speaker led sessions, shared member experiences and first class coaching.

Ultimately, your business community group will help you to build the confidence to make better decisions, be a better leader for your organisation and achieve better performance on your journey from good to greater.

How do our business community groups work?

 
 

Meetings

You will meet either meet in-person or virtually, depending on which type of group you join, for regular full and half days each quarter, as well as attending virtual peer group meetings on a weekly basis.

Your business community group will address:

- Business and personal objectives
- Improvement goals
- Raising your game - ownership, accountability and responsibility
- Identity, culture and performance
- Clarity of strategic direction
- Preparing for business sale, succession and growth

 

Speaker Sessions

Speaker Sessions are held quarterly and speakers are carefully chosen from a variety of industries to help inspire and motivate you to reach your full potential.

- Dr Dorian Dugmore, Now a director of the LMA ( Football League managers Association) and a consultant to the European Nucleus on sport cardiology. Dorian has guided many companies to build award winning wellness programmes.
